This includes IP address, system language, browser and device type you use, the version of our software, web pages you visited before accessing our website, and identifiers associated with your device. Your device (based on its settings) may also transmit location information to the service.
  • Uploaded Files: All uploaded images or data are secure and treated as confidential, transmitted via SSL/TLS encryption, and used solely for executing requested image processing. When you use certain AI features, we may also collect facial data from your images for processing to generate corresponding image effects. All images you upload will be automatically and permanently deleted from the servers within 1 day after you last edited or closed the image processing page. Additionally, we do not share your data with any third parties.
  • Email Marketing: Sending Emails and Other Communications. Transactional: As part of our services, we provide certain communications and updates to users, and we may send you service, marketing, technical, and other administrative communications, such as notifications about your account, notices of changes made to the service, and important service-related notices, such as security and fraud notices. But please note: (1) there might be some latency in deleting this information from our servers and back-up storage; and (2) we may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Other information will be retained until you ask us to delete it.

6. NSFW Content Policy

Our website strictly prohibits the upload of NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content. We have implemented robust technical measures to conduct thorough NSFW checks on all images uploaded by users. Any content identified as NSFW will not be processed by our AI tools. Furthermore, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly attempt to upload NSFW content.

Additionally, all content generated through our AI tools, including but not limited to SDXL, FLUX, and other AIGC (Artificial Intelligence-Generated Content) models, is also subject to NSFW checks. If the generated content is found to be NSFW, we will not display the processed results to the user. However, please be aware that the corresponding credits for utilizing these AI features will still be deducted. We strongly advise against attempting to generate NSFW content on our platform, as it will not be successful.

7. Children’s Information

This service is not directed to children under 13 (or any other age as required by applicable local laws), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you discover that your child has provided personal information to us without your consent, you may contact us as described below. If we discover that we have collected personal information from children in violation of applicable law, we will take immediate steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.

PicPicAI may change this policy continuously in accordance with changes in laws, regulations, industry standards, and/or our business development. However, we will endeavor to minimize the losses and impacts on users caused by such interruptions and ensure their stability and security.
